🌟 Why Just Right! Jr.? 🌟

When Gwen Wild and I created the original Just Right! curriculum for K–5 learners FOUR years ago, our goal was to give kids a clear, engaging way to understand their sensory systems — and empower them with tools to feel calm, focused, and in control so they could advocate for themselves!


Since then, I’ve heard from so many of you:

👉 “Do you have anything for preschoolers?”

👉 “We need something for our younger students!”

👉 “Can I use this with emerging learners or students with significant cognitive impairments?”


The truth is…I’ve felt the same need. As a school-based OT, I see the benefits when children learn this language early. I see how much more progress they make when they understand how their bodies and brains feel. And I see the growing need for self-regulation and sensory support, even in our youngest learners.


That’s why I created Just Right! Jr.! It’s a playful, practical, easy-to-teach sensory modulation curriculum designed just for preschoolers and emerging learners.


💡 My hope?

That this program will make it easier for YOU!!! If you’re a therapist, teacher, parent, or grandparent, you can bring self-regulation strategies to life in your space.

Even your youngest learners will begin to say:

🧠 “My body feels fast!”

🛠 “I need a tool to feel just right.”

🦻”That sound makes me feel SLOW.”
